1.  Clean mouth tray and dry it, then gently brush your teeth

4. Apply 0.5ml syringe of Whitening Gel into each side

6. Press the start button to enter into a 30 minutes count-

down, close your mouth to fix the tray.

7. After 30 minutes, remove the mouth tray.

8. Rinse your teeth with warm water, then take off the

mouth tray from the whitening light, and clean it.

9.  Repeat this whitening procedure for 6 consecutive days.
